What we need:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- Half a glass of refined sunflower oil
- Half a glass of cane sugar
- 5 medium apples
- Zest 1 an orange or lemon
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1.5 cups of boiling water
- Vanilla to taste

Apples are peeled and cut into small pieces, cleared from the core. We put it in the form, beforehand having lined it with paper for baking, or by oiling it.
Now you need to turn on the oven for 180 degrees to warm up.
For the dough mix sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, honey and pour boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Then add the vegetable oil and zest, stir again.
